I bought a y7 oil pan and crank pulley on November 23, 2004 from 91civicZ6.
After about a month i told him i still havent recieved anything and he pmed me this:
"sorry i havent responded, been out of town and havent been on the computer for more than 30 seconds at a time in the past couple weeks.
anywho, i sent the parts via usps almost 2 weeks ago, you should've received them by now. maybe they are hung up in customs or something.
anyways, i dont really have time to mess with this, so if you dont receive them within a week or so, i'll just refund your money on the 29th, which is the next day i get paid. Then if/when you get the parts, keep them and the money it matters not to me.

if anyone has any address to give me that would be greatly appreciated

I would have to say something happened. I don't think he would be ripping you off for a $20 oil pan. 
I haven't seen him posting alot lately?
