Staring, whistling, and following girls around is their culture? 
Next you're going to tell me prison is just part of black peoples culture and they can't help it. Oh, and putting mexicans and blacks in prison must be white culture.

man white people stare too. I can't go to any fancy resturant, museum, public park, golf course, elevator, without a white person just staring at me. Either they think im going to rob them, I dont belong there, never seen a negro before, or maybe cuz i have a white girlfriend idk but they stare at me too. :P
