how do i host a file so i can put it on a blog and have people download it?..

i tryed ripway.com . they limit thier bandwidth

i need something that will give me a

i keep my comp on all the time so can i host it?

YOur computer will not be a good host. Residential internet has decent download speeds, but horrible upload speeds, which are what hosting relies on. Depeinding on what the file is i can host it for you. Otherwise, what kind of file is it?
