The thread that called me out was locked so I felt the need to post this. Here is the ad that I posted for the FMIC in question and here is also my response to Jake2001z001

You really are a piece of work. You brought this ---- public so thats why I responded publicly. Theres nothing to work out. I'm sorry that you didn't read the description correctly or even think about the dimensions. This is not my fault. I really don't know what else to tell you. If you really think I fucked you over then I guess thats the end of our dealings. It's a shame that you had to do this publicly because now you look like you have no cooth. This PM will be posted in the thread so that no1 thinks I am blowing you off.



I don't know what else to say other then you guys that know me know that I am an honest guy, and that I am not out to screw anyone over. I'm sorry that he had to do this publicly as stated above.

i had no problem with the size, i had a probelm with the ------- way he packed it and didnt care if it got fucked up, wqhich it did due to improper packaging,

This isn't WalMart. You can't buy it and take it back because you realize you can't afford it or don't like it. You saw what you were getting and there was a good description of it. I don't think anyone is going to have a problem with you leaving either. The less scammers the better. And it isn't about populatrity either.

Just post the pics of what he gave you and let us see whats the big deal that your upset about

I really can't help the fact that the United Package Smashers beat the ---- out of it. I shipped it in exactly the same box that it was shipped to me in. Sorry that it wasn't shipped in a lead lined zero gravity space bubble. Since you're done with the site, you may never read this so I guess it doesn't matter anyway huh?

I honestly do not want to take side here but if the product got f'ed up due to packing the seller is at fault end of story.

But if the buyer bought the product and didnt ask for certain vital info then its the buyers fault. BUT if the buy did ask specific questions about the product and the seller lied its the sellers fault...

Dont know too much about this case, but if the packaging sucked dick, i think its only fair to get the money back for it.

Its like ordering an oil pain with mandrel bends only to find out it has so much oil in it that soaked through the box (not referring to anyone :P), or ordering a VAFC only to find out that when it gets to you its in a million pieces...

So when UPS was playing basketball with packages is that the sellers fault as well? You never know what is happening to the package when it leaves your hands. I've had problems with UPS before and all Jake needs to do is file a claim with them if it was damaged. Done and taken care of right there. Anyway, I'm done with this, Good luck to both of you.

I dont disagree with you. If it was packaged correctly and the product was received f'ed up file it with UPS they will deal with it. But if it was NOT packaged correctly UPS will just say it was not packaged correctly and not their fault (even though those mofo's throw shiet all over the place and throw things like its nobody's business--we know that!)

Soooooo, you haven't even seen the intercooler yet, and you want a refund? :-\ I'd like a clear explanation of what the whole story is.


Just my personal experience with Xplocivic. I paid him, he sent the item within 24 hours, it arrived, I opened the box to find SEVERAL layers of bubble wrap ---- and in the middle was my CD player WITH a remote that I wasn't even expecting. I had no problems with anything in THIS transaction.

jake2001z001, if you think people are taking sides, you need to post the ENTIRE story here because it looks bad from what I can read so far. :-\ It looks more like you didn't know what you were buying and now you changed your mind. Please explain.....

That would be nice to see. I don't want people to think that I am a scammer or a bad shipper. I can prolly dig up about 6 or 7 good vouches from well known and respected members from this board, including Doc, Onyx, and ghettoturbo. Steve knows I'm a good guy, so does Hotsex and Kyle. I'm not trying to play the High School click card but I just wanted others to know that I do have a good rep here and this should not tarnish it in any way whatsoever.

It will work on a Civic or Teg with some modifications. I never stated in my ad that it was a direct fit item, its huge! But has some major cooling potential, I would've used it hadn't my wife wanted to buy me the CCA fmic for xmas.

damn... that ---- is fucked up that everyone here just calls jake a scammer. how would you like it if you got ripped off? what if Xplocivic were another blownvtec/dark custom/whatever kind of guy? Xplocivic, from what i know, you are a good guy... and please accept my apology for comparing you to blownvtec(im sure your intentions are good). however, i am just making a point. we need all of the facts here. jake, you really need to post pics of not only the intercooler, but the package it was shipped in, as well as the packaging used. not only that, but in the picture you should show a tape measure or something so that we know exactly the dimensions of the intercooler you recieved. this way we will know the condition of the item you recieved, and also if a false description of the dimensions were given. if xplocivic packed your ic with some bullshit, and it got smashed, that would be his fault. however, if he packed that ---- so well that it would take the stupidest grunt mutherfucker at ups a sledgehammer to smash it, then it is out of his control and you need to take that up with ups.

jake, you had no business bringing this ---- out in the open right away. not everybody is online 24 hrs a day, people have lives. give people a chance before you go shitting on their names. also, if he sent you the correct item in the condition he said it would be in, then stop bitching.

From what I have seen xplo needs an apolagy! I would buy from him in a second. NO ONE WAS SCAMED HERE! I think some one bought something he didn't know ---- about. Leson learned sell it on ebay and move on buddy!

Thanks. I'm not really looking for an apology, I'm just looking to clear my name. I honestly have never had an ill intention towards any of my HMT bretheren. It's funny how I was linked above to blownVtec/Dark realm, because I was one of the people who he ripped off royally. I truly know how it feels to be dupped and scammed and I would never do it to anyone. It seems as though Jake has left the site, oh well, what can we do.

If I got something that was completely fucked up due to shitty packing job, I'd also be pretty pissed.

But as far as changing your mind on a transaction when the item has already been shipped and paid for.. I dont think so.

look i am sorry for calling out expocivic. I have looked over the pics of the FMIC and the damage isnt that bad and i can deal with it. THIS HAS NOTHIN TO DO with me not wanting it cuase it is big, I just jumped to conclustions when my friend tole me it was fucked becuase i have been fucked by lots of people online. My apology goes out to you expocivic, IM SORRY MAN
