The Cake is a LIE!
 

So my oldest Son turns 8 tomorrow and he's off at his Grandmother's house. I am about to go to Kroger to get some balloons and pick up some ---- to bake him a cake.

The question is what flavor? I don't think he cares either way so I was thinking of
Red Velvet. My favorite, not his. Is that wrong?

Anyways, he's quite the accomplished Guitar Hero/Rock band player and I decided it was time he graduated to something with strings on it, I completely lucked out when i find out a guy down the street was having a garage sale and had a Fender Squire mini strat with a pretty nice little AMP that he gave to me for 25 bucks!! He still had the original box, he said his son never showed any interest in it. SOLD! :y

Anyways what kind of cake? Whichever is winning in a couple hours i'll go get.

if there was a chance in hell that an orange chicken cake would be good then i would go with that, but chocolate would be my choice and you know all of his friends will like chocolate

I used to get my mom to hook me up with a pineapple upsidedown cake on my b-day. That or a pound cake...which is really my favorite.

Alright i said ---- it and went with the red velvet, just to come back and read the post about ice cream cake...---- i didnt think about it...those are awesome.

BTW Cake is a lie is a reference to "portal" from half life....if you played it and beat it then you know where this comes from :)
