yeah, it usually takes a couple to get me going...i could see a lil difference when i first started drinkin them, but now i need a couple to get a nice kick

As energy drinks go Rockstar seems to work best for me (the triple can), otherwise I'll get protein bars and a Gatorade to help me wake up.

i usually eat a good meal, and drink some water or some tea and im good to go. when im at woirk and i need energy, i drink a protein shake.
