burning a damn torrent

ok so i dl'ed a movie, and i was trying to figure out how to burn it onto a cd. what program you guys use? i read some thread, i have dvdshrink, but i think that only works for copying from one dvd to another right?

lil help?

Are you just trying to make a CD-ROM with the file on it?

nah, meant dvd, my bad. downloaded a movie and want to make a dvd out of it.

I use TMpegEnc DVD Author but for what you want to do there are easier to use "one-click" programs that will do it for you. Just search that site I linked to for "AVI to DVD" and you will find all the answers easily.

using cucosoft avi to dvd, and its taking forever, im gonna go the dvd copying route from now on

Just use Nero. You have to try to actually mess it up. It's so simple.

Because it's re-encoding the entire movie to dvd compliant mpeg-2 format. Depending on your system, it could take up to twice as long as the actual runtime of the movie. Best to do these type of things before you go to sleep and the the computer work.
