A friend of mine made a stun gun out of a disposable camera. I don't think it would shock you unless the prongs actually went inside you though, but it was cool. Touch it to a key or something metal and it would weld it.

Oh yeah boost, those things will zap you just as well as a stun gun. Well not quite as knee dropping, but it hurts. A buddy of mine built one too and shocked another friend in the arm. It left a white line up his arm from where the electricity traveled
