Just chip the P75 and convert it to VTEC. Then just get an OBD0 to OBD1 conversion harness and make sure your harness now is OBD1. Done deal.

No, but between your first non-direct bolt in swap and figuring out OBD0-1 conversion distributor wiring you're in for a ride.
