Until it's in your car, you don't have VTEC, so no, you're not even close to having boost.

You have around another 1000 to get it in. 1000 after you find out the block has 195k smokes like a bitch. You get it running blow out the factory worn out clutch. Find out you wired in vtec wrong. SEll the gsr manifold and install a skunk2 pro manifold. Find out it is to large and has net you-8 hp. Chip your ecu only to find out the ecu itself wants to blow itself up being around you.
