God damn those pictures suck. 
Not that ssl2k is bullshiting or anything(because I'm sure he isn't)but I can't believe that is the same motor I heard run. I seen a small bit of smoke, but it fired right up and idled fine and sounded good.
From my understanding, the motor was sold with a known problem. He could have gotten lucky and replaced a head gasket and Steve would have taken it in the ***, or worst case scenerio, the ring lands could be shot.
Someone had to get fucked. There is no way Steve knew those pistons were fucked.
Either way, you still have a full motor with forged rods.

but still pistons are another 400 and a new set of rings, im sure he wasnt planning on spending that money

Yeah but he did buy it knowing there was a problem. Maybe if he got a guarantee that is was only a certain part that was broken than maybe Steve would be obligated to give a refund but he bought it knowing there was something wrong with it. Yeah it sucks but what can you do?
Also, Hey Steve how the ---- can you break all 4 forged pistons
Maybe we found the reason for your low HP #'s

I bet he wouldn't be crying if all he had to fix was a blown head gasket. Then he would have got a fully built motor for $1000 and a $45 head gasket. __________________
