building for nitrous?

do you have to build a motor at all, or need any kind of management for nitrous,or is it just a hook up and go thing?
is it safe or can it blow ur motor quite easily even if its only like a35-50 shot

you would have to build it if your running a ---- load, if you staying under a 50 shot you should be fine with stock everything even timing
