Only advice i can give about credit is DONOT buy anything consumable, IE. Food and drinks. The fact of the matter is that you already ate and drank then shitted and pissed all of them away, but you are still paying it off with interest.

Get a small credit going, buy small items at first, pay it off, then keep going in that cycle.

The credit card comany likes you to have a balance because that means they get to make money on you. They don't like when you pay it off each month, but ---- them. They might be a little stingy when it comes time to raise your credit limit because they don't want to be giving out free loans to your cheap ass every month. Low credit limits don't help you get loans too much because it doesn't give the lender a good idea of how credit worthy you are. They need to see a decent sized limit to know that you are responsible.

i dont know doc my boss tells me to tell people that and he wouldnt lie about something like that especially to clients

Understandable, but have you ever seen your credit report? If you don't have a negative balance at the end of the month, it doesn't show up as having a negaitve balance. It doesn't make sense. Why would you want to do that? It doesn't reflect on your credit report so what is the point? :-\

Most lending entities do not report positive credit right away.

It may take up to 8 months in some cases.

But, if you don't make your first payment on time....They WILL report that.
