budget suspension setups

Re: budget suspension setups
I've just fitted standard ITR suspension, including front and rear anti-roll bars. The car sits pretty high, but the ride is good for the street and a decent improvement over stock EG stuff. I'd recommend it.
Pretty cheap as well, i paid $160 for low mileage used struts, the lot only came to $350

Re: budget suspension setups
excuse my noobishness, but how do traction bars affect road course/autox handling? i know what they do for straight line acceleration, but do they adversely affect the handling in different conditions?

IMO, the only way to ---- up suspension on a Honda is to run to high of a spring rate for too slow of a car. So with that, traction bars...use em if you got em.
Dont forget...the #1 overlooked item reguarding suspension/braking, tires. You can have the most top notch ---- and have shitty tires and put it all to waste.
