Default BS Ticket

yesterday on my way home from work i notice a state trooper behind me a little ways no problem until i exit. he comes up on me real fast follows me around the corner and hits his lights. i pull over and wait for his donut *** to come to the window he saya i failed to use my turn signal when exiting i told him i used it.well anyway the bulb had burned out,no problem, he said he noticed that it was working earlier. than he proceeded to look at my jeep a little more and asked how much of a lift i had on it i told him 4 in.and than he said that it is against colo state law to alter or modifie a vechicle and gave me a ticket for that BULLSHIT!!!!!!!!!!!

you shouldn't have said you modified it. Its not worth fighting beucase if they find you innocent than you wouldn't have to pay the fine. Government is a buisness out to make money and the judge always sides with the cop. I learned this from experience.

yah but the law is law, no matter if there is money to be made. Check with the DMV for the rules and reg's of your state.
