Broke clutch pedal assembley in my crx again anyone else have this happen?
Bought the car with it why I got it so cheap replaced about 3 years ago oh its a 91 hf w/ a sohc vtec swap. Put 30k miles on it and guess what it snapped again. Anyone else have this happen before. Ripping out the dash has we speak. Was suppose to get my smog hook up tomorrow to perfect timing

i have my dual diaphram heavy *** clutch pedal and i have as of yet to even break the cable. I carry a spare one with me so if it ever happens, i can get home.

YOu have to remove the dash trust me there are a couple bolts up at the top of the assembley that you wont be able to get to without removing the dash atleast on ef's. Already got everything apart. Oh well. Anyone else who had this experince let me know. Im thinking about putting some fatty welds on the place it broke so if anything it just snaps the cable

hmm... yeah i dont know about efs, but i know on my friends eg that we converted auto to manual, the pedal cluster came out with the usual cursing and bloody knuckles, but we left the dash in, and same with my accord. Sounds like a PITA in the EFs, as if it wasnt bad enough on everything else...

Plus I had my smog to do this week registartion runs up this sunday and it was a hook up I have in LA so hopefully I can find a replacement asap and get this thing back on the road. Ya I have some wicked cuts working on it last night at 3am

I had to have my pedal assembly repaired 3 times when i had a clutchmasters stage 3 clutch with my b16 in a 91 civic hb. There waws always alot of pedal pressure. And the pedal itself would always tear away before the cable would let go.
