how about someone sets up an IRC server and uses a java client on this page to work with the server.

bring the chat! there's a website called paltalk that people can talk with a microphone and chat with their keyboards too.

trust me, if there was a button I could press to make it re-appear I would have it back guys. But its all up to my brother, he runs the server. If you think I'm a busy guy, hes twice as bad as me. He has never ending projects it seems.
Maybe one of these days when I go back up there I can trade out some manual labor and he can get it back online for us.
