Default brakes squealing

I just put new pads in the back because I cooked them with my new turbo setup. NE ways, I used that blue stop squeal ---- on them and it still sounds like a rusty tricycle when I drive. If I pull the e-brake just a few clicks, the squeaking quiets a little. My ---- sounds like a city bus; please help.

did you clean and adjust your rear brakes? how about greese the ends of the pads with a little bit of lube, and also lube the slides on the caliper?
