Language directly influences mental faculties by giving a logical framework from which to hang ideas. Most people have as good a grasp on grammar as you do, so they are prone to stupidity and illogical beliefs. In truth, given your grammar, I speculate you disbelieve for all the wrong reasons.

Religion is the opiate of the masses...people continue to use it as a crutch in their lives so their lives have reason. Its sad really...I guess in a sense im glad that people have something so strongly to believe in, but at the same time, i think its a terrible thing. I dont see how a 3 year old child could be "saved" by Jesus for disobeying his mother. The worst part about all of this, to me at least, is that the people who are such devout followers raise their children to act like this, they can vote, and they influence people's lives. I dont care that someone has a particular belief, but it shouldn't effect me or anyone else in society.
