Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

Scroll down to the Maceball. I have to get/make one of those. There's a reason why so many fighters train in "unorthodox" ways. Fedor chops wood and sledgehammers tractor tires, and he's the best HW in the world. It's not all about benching 400lbs. What good does that do you in real life in an instance other than getting a fat ****** that's sitting on you off. There are a ton of things you can do with relatively light weight and body weight exercises that will make you able to apply strength and have flexibility etc.
Burpees and muscle ups will get you far.
