soo this is my new favorite thing, i got some peice of ---- paddle boat that i take on the yakima river and float down. im using someold ass recurve bow untilli get my browning bow i ordered, but anywho slaying carp is fun as hell. took me a whileto kinda get the aiming thing down cuz ive never shotten with a bow before. salyed 16 carp today in about 4 hours, next time ill get some picture and ill try to sell them fuckers to the :8 that fish that river all damn day.

and for those of you who dont live in washington state, yakima river is one of nastiest rivers in the world. id never eat a thing in it and swimming in it just gives me goosebunmps.

Yeah, I'm not down for killing ---- if you don't eat it. Kill them all day long if it feeds you or your family. Otherwise it's just a waste. :3

i have gone bowfishing. polarized sunglasses are a must. Can get some fairly large carp even from the shore. I don't have a problem killing carp and not eating them, they are not native to Iowa (might be the U.S. in general) and pretty much just cause problems.

Carp is not a fish you eat. its nasty tasting. ive went carp killing havent went the last few years. but i would usually go with a pitchfork or a machette. good fun to go around in the creek and stab carp and then beat the hell out of them haha. theres a house with a sign that says carp for sale by the creek here. but im not sure why people would buy them? because they are worthless to everyone i know. they stink like ---- bags after there dead and been sitting on the shore, so make sure you throw them back in the water so you dont have to smell them everytime you walk by it.

Carp is like a fine delicacy here hmong folks. The half of the entire 2nd shift were I work are all hmongs and my buddy brings that ---- in. ---- looks like ass soup and smells like it too. It's like he just took the whole thing and shoved it in a tupperware container as it's got all the ------- bones and ----. ------- nasty. It's like in those old Looney Tunes cartoons with some alley cats and they stick the whole fish in their mouth and just pull out the skeleton. :-X :X I nearly tossed my cookies seeing that ----. ---- that's not normal for anyone. Tom Hanks didn't even eat fish like that on Cast Away. :P

What kind of problems do they cause? ??? They eat off the bottom of the lake. What kind of problems can that cause? :S

They uproot plants and dig up the shoreline. Makes the water look gross and dark. Plus they get ------ huge, so they gotta be eating something that native, not disgusting, fish eat. They eat other fish too, and probably tadpoles.

those dirty gooks use the microwave at work to cook that slurry/ass drool, and it stinks up the entire place. makes the microwave unusable and the break room inhabitable.

Well in a local lake they put carp in there to clear out vegetation to make it
more people friendly. This same lake used to produce trophy sized largemouth bass.
Now your lucky to catch anything because the carp eat all the vegetation and nothing eats them!
So you get paid for dead carp. Bass and fish they eat hide and feed off of this vegetation.
Carp is called trashfish for a reason.

regular bow with a reel that has some heavy duty line, the line attatches to the arrow so when u shoot it you ca n reel whatever in, prettty damn fun. how cold is the water in the lake you live in? not sure if they can live in colder water or not but the river im fishing on is aboput a nice 70 degrees

and there arent any carp? crazy carp are everywherea around here, this river im fishing has bass and other game fish as welkl, but the river is so disgusting that i wouldnt eat any game fish i caught. but the river sure is fun to fish(bass everywhere)

ya dont quote me on this but i heard they eat the trout, aaaand thats what tatse good around here so if the ------- carp are eating the trout and the good tasting fish that are fun to fish, why the ---- would we not want to kill those nasty nogs, that and its just so much ------- fun.

they dont eat trout, they are bottom feeders. They dont taste very good and have a lot of bones, which makes them too much work to eat. brook trout are the best.
