LMAO, this company is amazing. After flooding their email with a couple hundred spams I get this response:

they have 'No signature on file' cancel it. I work with internet CC billing, you always have to refund since there is not signature on file.

After my little incident on their forum they canceled my entire account and told me to get fucked because I violated some bullshit policy. As of this moment I have no refund. We will see...
