BOV came in the mail USPS!
Unlike UPS, USPS delivered my blow off valve and didn't charge me any money. 
It's a lot larger than it looks on ebay. I can't seem to turn the adjuster though, it's pretty tough, anyone have one of these? Do you need vacuum on it to turn it?

looks good for a cheapie ebay bov. i got mine from ebay like a year ago and its a cheap turbo xs knock off too. it works perfect w/o my air filter on but when i put the filter on the turbo, it flutters. i want the RFL or Greddy 
there use to be rfl's on ebay for about $100 but now all i can find is the cheap knock off version that ssautochrome sells and they are blue

wooot, wooot, my bov just came usps too, like 15 minutes after yours, but mine is a 5 dollar bosch plust 3 dollars for shipping, for a grand total of 8 dollars shipped for a bov stan, it looks like we're right on eachothers heals as far as being boosted goes. you got your bezel the other day and i ordered mine and my gauges, now we both get our bov at the same time too bad you don't live near me, we could do a write up together, a red ek and a red em would look sexy as hell sitting next to eachother.

yeah its adjustable but by using washers inside to tighten which i think sucks! i hate the bov's you have to add washers to to adjust them. and also if you want to make it softer than stock i would think you would have to cut the little spring inside to lossen the tension a bit.

Mine you turn the top of it to adjust it, but I can't seem to turn it.
greddycrx: when your bov was fluttering, that means it wasn't opening all the way and it was too stiff, right?
