i got and idea to use a kawasaki lockhart racing edition 250r street bike motor with like a small 13b turbo in a shifter cart, that should be fun on the freeway

That motor will do fine (KT100) :-P I used to race karts. Its got a restrictor muffler on it, i'd get a different pipe and run all new brake lines. Good deal!

It might have a restricted carb on it to, if you take the filter off and hold it WOT and look down it will have either a blue or red plate on it. if it doesnt, its unrestricted witha ----- pipe

Yeah swear to god that stuff looks like the cheap as nylon tubing used in plumbing. Most common instance would be seeing it use to hook a fridge up to it's water supply off the top of my head. 2-stroke or 4-stroke? Build a tuned pipe for it!
Port the head too =D

nope, goes straight through. What kinda pipe would you recommend? it needs backpressure though right?

yup, cheap ass nylon tubing. doesn't flex at all under full pressure though. bought some new stuff already got the rear brakes done and working on front today. hopefully ill have her up and running tomorrow. How would you go around building a tuned pipe? sorry new to 2 strokes and small engines. plan on porting the head eventually
