running 14s is not that big of a deal and you're in way over your head if you think you're gonna rebuild a motor and tranny with no mechanical experience, good luck.

i am getting the tranny rebuilt with new gaskets and ---- im just going to install it. The engine im going to just take wipe it down and change the gaskets maybe get it rebuilt by a pro if i have the money. but yea i have most of the basics down of auto ive been in auto school for 6 months and working in my yard on cars for a year and a half.

maybe running 14s to me is a big deal because im 17 and all my cars ive had run high 16s..and for all you ******* that are hating ur mad cuz its not a honda..

Check all the gaskets. Replace all the fluids. Oil and tranny fluid included. Some times the stockers have a Exhaust mani to turbo gasket, so check that and make sure its not messed up.

those cars are a bitch to fix and cost money,u should of kept that civic.i raced my bros 86 z turbo,he got me the 1st time but we will race again.i over reved and he passed me in the 1/8 mile track
