what is the most boost you'd push to a stock sohc vtec motor in a 1998 civic????? ::)

9psi is PUSHING it, cuz a 1998 is a d16y8, and the compression is a little higher than a a6, z6 or others besides a zc. id say 7psi is safe but grow a set and [push 14

alright thats what i was thinking right about 8 untill my pistons arrive then around 14psi after that and the new map sensor

i was pushin 10psi on my stock d15b7 with an fmu and missing link...had no problems until it got stolen :(...

i am running a p28 ecu and uberdata- with stock 240cc injectors and stock map sensor

get a 3bar map and 440cc injectors :8
