Boostin Mazda b2600 truck
 

Alright my Dad gave me a 92 mazda b2600i pickup for christmas. 5spd fuel injected SOHC 2.6 liter motor 128hp 160tq (factory numbers). It isn't the fastest thing but its gonna be my daily driver while i find a EG hatch and buy ls swap and piece together turbo and paint it and ect. Hopefully my hatch will be built to the point I want it by summer. In the mean time, I was thinking of trying a turbo on this mazda. Has anyone seen this done before? Any ideas?

That motor is the biggest pile of worthless ---- ever produced by any automotive manufacturer. There is your first problem. I've never seen a motor that struggled to reach it's own redline(which isn't even that high). Throw that ------- thing in the trash. :-\

If you are really getting an EG later, just save the money and use it in the Honda. The truck is a daily driver, ---- it. Wait until you get a better car to spend money on it.
