I live in Rapid City, South Dakota and you can do whatever the hell you want to your car and you won't get hassled at all. I have seen cops drive right by people who have loud *** mufflers and are running so rich it makes you wanna puke. No emissions or anything, no ride height laws, no nothing.

Yeah ive met alot of cops who thought it was cool that i was gonna bust out the turbo accord... they all said nobody would ever expect it (they never guessed the car was modified in any way at all... it looks stock) As far as i know cops dont really care about you spraying nitrous on the street in NY unless they have too much time on their hands....

man that sucks. Im sure as hell glad i live in ohio were they dont give a ---- if your cars boosted or not. I dont think its illegal to turbo a car. If it is then there wouldn't be turbo cars.

where i live its not too bad, in some parts its like straight gay and the curious. but in some parts they dont really care. i know that in the bay area(san jose and santa clara...and mostly san diego) they will pull you over for everything.

they doont give a ---- what you do, when you do it or how you do it. ---- 1/2 of the cops show up to the race spots just to hang out.

look on the good side, im sure you guys dont have a problem with stolen motors, if people know that the cops will most likey want you to pop the hood.

HAHAHA! ---- we still have a problem with stolen motors. It still happens everyday, ---- I wouldn't be surprised if every other Honda had one ---- a while back a guy that used to be my buddy had a crx, he got pulled over because of the stolen ---- on his car, when they auctioned his car, it was the bare shell, cause practically every ------' part was stolen. Stupid guy. The thing is people don't give a ----, just as long as it's cheap and fast. Plus there are some years where there are no vin numbers stamped on the blocks

umm.. cops can pretty much ---- with u all day long if they want to. If they feel "threatened" by you then they have the right to shoot you. It's fucked up how the law works sometimes.

I think I'm going to just get one of those magnetic car door signs and do some advertising/warding off pigs for the law firm that I'm working for.

I hate cops, they are sadistic ego maniacs that are only power hungry. ---- cops, and if someone in this forum is a cop or works as a correction officer then ---- you.

sorry you feel that way. well you dont have to worry about one cop being that way. my dads been a cop for over 10 years and he not power hungry. he usually let people go for tickets and ---- because its not worth his time. he rather be dealing with hardcore ----

what state do you live in? Cause here is cali, socali especiallt, i know for a fact that cops have a ticket quota they have to meet. What do I mean? They are encouraged to write a certain amount of tickets in a given time (usually weekly). How do they get this quota? Well each station takes the amount of tickets each officer gives out, add them together and devide it by the number of officers. You want to get at least that number of tickets or no good for you. And they keep doing it over and over, so the quota typically goes up each time. That's why cops give gay tickets like my 'unsafe left turn', it's all bullshit. It sucks but it's true, got this info from a cop.
