im selling this dlp projector on ebay, just started the bidding at .99, its worth about $1000 though, and i got this email. ive got spam ---- before but im not sure if this is one?

It sounds like bullshit.

Here is what you do:

Tell him to bid $1,600 on ebay (so there is record of this offer). Have one of your friends bid $1,550 so this guy will win the auction and be contractually obligated to pay.

THEN do what dtrain said (wait for payment, withdraw from paypal immediately, THEN ship the TV).

Get a paypal check and wait till it comes in and cash it.That way paypal loses the money not you.

well i just recieved a message from "paypal" saying i recieved $1400, but it was bogus as ---- and ---- was spelled wrong haha, they wanted me to ship it to like ------ia or someplace in africa
i double checked my paypal account, no money

get the money..and send an "item" to the paypal confirmed address that they have.,not the nigeria address..and get tracking.. that way u get the money..plus never send the projector..just sum crap

I hate those scamming bastards.....they tried to rip me off of a silvia front end.....they mailed me payments twice....first in a fake check for 6000, about 5000 more than i asked, and then 2400 in fake money orders.....the dumbass wanted me to send him a grand back along with the merchandise......
i mailed him monopoly money and a small bag of my ----.....best 30 dollars shipping i ever paid.....------- africans >:D
