how can an aftermarket body kit take off weight? i could of sworn aftermarket ---- was heavier.

Most of the time they are.. I would only get a kit if it:
1) Looked nice
2) Wasn't wild (ricey)
3) Reduced weight

I don't want to be one of those people who make their car heavier by putting on a b-k... dumbasses.

well its fiberglass, and maybe cause i have no metal supports in the front or rear ;D
