don't worry about creatine. there are so many b s rumors about it. and honestly I don't think the pure nitric oxide supps are worth it. They make you feel pumped but thats about it. When you mix the N.O. supps with other things like creatine, taurine, citruline malate it helps them get into you sytem more.

that site in general is very good. Also If you want to get an idea about a certain product go to bodybuilding.com to the forums and do a search for the product. Thats how I decided on NO xplode it had a bunch of great reveiws. That site is huge and the search works great.

creatine is produced naturally by the body and is found in several meat products, taking the supplement just ups the amount in your body. creatine hydrates your muscles, making them look bigger, but it also helps them grow as well since they need hydration to grow. once you stop taking creatine your muscles will get a little bit smaller, but that's just because all the hydrating water goes away, what you're left with is actual muscle.

I wouldn't mind being a tad bit bigger, but I ain't gonna take no supplements to make it happen. If it's gonna happen it's gotta happen naturally and through work. Beside I'm too lazy to do any of that, so skinny I am. :P
