Default Boat problem

So last weekend i was out drinking with some buddies on my pontoon. As luck would have it, we ran out of gas when we were almost at my house. Considering we were shitfaced, we figured it would be a good idea to throw some moonshine in the gas tank to limp us home, and surprisingly, it worked. Now i filled the tank and it runs fine, but it misses a little while it's idling and then will stall out. Not that it ever idled great in the first place, but i'm assuming the alcohol fucked with the octane rating or there's possibly some water in there. Other than idle it runs fine. You guys have any ideas for additives i should add to it to bring it back to life?

drain the tank and clean the bowl out on the carb to get all the water out before that ---- rusts.

did you mix oil in the moonshine? if not i bet you have a compression problem now. bad compression will run great, but have a bad idle in a lot of cases

all the pontoon boats around here are old and you have to premix.
