I'd just do a plan view, a basic wall plan and section, a roof plan and section and maybe a basic site plan showing your yard and location of the garage. Drainage might be an issue, but I'd be more worried about building too close to property lines.

Yeah in PA I don't think you need all that info. All I need is blueprints for a garage.
I can find some pics and stuff of what I want it to look like though.
