thats nice; ive lived in us my whole life and i still have yet to see someone drive a skyline down the road (i dont mean the damn infiniti one either) its still here, somewhere. its like saying hey billy bob bought a car down the street and it could be a ------- ferrari for all you know. :)

SRT-4's are US only. And those are not stock factory srt4 rims in the first picture. Neither the ones on that press release picture of the yellow one you posted. It might be a neon but the SRT series are US only.

This is from the dodge website. They look similar to the bomb car, but bigger.

uhm, Johnny I thought you knew your mopar knowledge better than that.. SRT4's come a turbo, a catalytic converter and two resonators in the exhaust system, but no actual mufflers. :P
