(BTW, here is the diplomatic way he used: "if this dosent work out satisfactoraly i will dedicate my online time to slandering and bad taking your company until i dont have internet anymore.")

status update:
3 days later, the replacement CHRA is still not shipped to MR."13th round" because:
#1 he didn't reply to any of the PM replies he received from me trying to organise the replacement.
#2 he started this RIDICULOUS bitching thread BEFORE he had the chance to communicate with me at all about his turbo problem (whoever's fault it is)

SO What do YOU ALL, HMT members think
- DO i still ship the damn replacement CHRA to MR " 13th round" ? Should I wait for a sign of life other than bad talking on the forums.
Are you going to send a compressor housing also?

problem #1, his first delivery got delayed. Not because of me or the customs: it was a problem with the US mail that could have happened anywhere within the usa.

problem #2, he notified me 2 weeks ago that he accidentally ran the turbo with a loose compressor housing until it starts making a weird sound....
I offerred to rebuild it again for free but he decided to re-use it as-is since it still looked fine and certainly because he didn't want to wait any longer. Well, obvisouly, it was damaged from being used with a loose cover and it failed. I would also be pissed off with such bad luck but really...who fucked the turbo? If you run a brand spanking new turbo with a loose compressor cover, would it last any longer? Would GARRETT themselves warranty a turbo that was used with a loose cover?

problem #3. Yes, the blaastperformance.com website and related email accounts are temporarily DOWN for the first time in 7 years..... Problem with my server, I am harrassing them daily to get everything back online. In the mean time, I can be reached at blaastperformance@hotmail.com

I'd definitely buy a turbo from BLAAST again, and I'd DEFINITELY make sure all the bolts on my turbo were torqued down before I installed and ran it on my car. Maybe I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO, but it's one of those things you still do(when you've spent 1 or 2+ hundred dollars on something). Moral of the story: ---- HAPPENS.
