Blowing off on foot
 

Hey i was just wondering if anyone else was with me on this one or if im just addicted to boost and fucked up in the head. i find myself walking to class making engine rev sounds completed with a nice swoosh blow off sound (from my mouth). People look at me all funny and a few have asked me if i was alright. lol Kinda like im Boostin on my 2 feet. Just wondering if its a psychological thing and im addicted.

OMG LoL!!! i did that in high school. My buddy would see my expressions on my mouth and do a blow off sound during a lecture from accross the room... then i would blow off back to him.. People would laugh there ass off and the teacher would look at us like are these kids sick or making fun of me.

i do it but i I got all the sounds, the BOV, the Smei truck BOF, the Bus BOV< the TRuck BAcking up, the SRT- blowoff vale, and the chicken call, ----------ers

I think a wastegate would be out of the question in my case, i think im hitting about 40 psi with vtec.. 2 different stages ;)

I only do it when I'm explaining what the hf will one day sound like, except in my version it doesn't have anything but a blow off. ???

Hahahaha.... i do that ---- too. I'll be walking around and go... vrrrrrrrrrrroooooommmmmm psssssssssh, vrrooom, psssh, and then some downshift action, VRRRRRRRRROOOOOMMMMM, PsssssssssssssH. Hahaha, good stuff.

lol i do the same thing. i start with the classical honda starter "err ti ti", the proceed with a nice honda reverse "whirrrrrrrrr" a, nice rev and dump the clutch. then i proceed thru all the gears with a nice greddy type s "pisssssuuuuu" between each shift. to end the whole deal. i give it another honda "reverse" and then kill the ingition.

Absolutely, I blow off all the time. My spool up sound is getting pretty rad, I can only do it when sucking in and it gets just the right whistle, and then Pshhhht! they don't know what hit 'em. Nobody tried to out-walk you when they know you're boostin'

i do the rev noises with the blow off valve thing too. I even go so far as to make different length of sound for each gear, and downshift around turns sometimes.

And I love making car noises when I'm playing with the hotwheels cars with my kids, brrrrrroooooooom, rummble, rumble,rooooommmmm, chichink, vrrrooooooooooommmmmm, chichink, roooooooooooooooooooooommmmmmm, chichink, VAAAROOOOOMMMM, *spitter sputter, backfire* ARRRRRUUUPPPP ;)

I do it as im pushing my kid around the yard/house in his ride alond Thomas the train(curently running 10psi ;)).He loves it.He likes it when I drift him around corners and ----.He just keeps saying"again,again!"

Thats funny as ---- cause I do that ---- all of the time as well. I was thinkin about getting that fake spool and BOV sound crap for my son's Power Wheels Jeep. That would be the ----, huh? I already have plans on putting a couple motorcycle batteries in series under the hood of the Jeep to make it rediculously fast. My son will have the fastest, most kickass, BOV sounding Power Wheels ever!!

Damn and i thought i was the only one. On friday nights when cruisin around for a spot at each shift i make psshhhh sound cause my engine whines. Damn i wish i had a real turbo but meh soon the little hb that could will be boosted!

yeah, now that i'm boosted, i make a flutter noise that my bosch bov makes when i walk by my boys at work, mostly to rub it in, but also b/c i miss the sound and like to hear it. ;D
