looks sleeved to me too because you can't see lines in the top of sleeves which means it would be two different types of metal, but check down the sides to see if it is posted. I can't see downt the sides of the walls in teh pics.

definately sleeved, from the shitty pics its very obvious there is a distinct color difference between the block and sleeves, thats basically what my closed deck darton sleeves looked like (minus the closed deck part)
