Postal service across the border is real hit and miss.i ship to the states via Fedex or Purolator and its 4-5 days usually delivered via standard ground service.

To me, the fact that he shipped the turbo this way (most likely knowing it would be with poor results) proves that he is a poor business man. Another thing that I found out tonight he said to my friend "thank god you people are a minority" the guy that ordered the turbo is hispanic. He also called the woman that phoned him a bitch. I tell you what, I think at this point, if it was me dealing with this French piece of ---- I would have had to make a little trip to Canada to handle it in person.

Well, it has been almost another 10 days and my buddy still has not received his turbo from this guy. This is complete bullshit and I am not buying that it is "stuck in customs". This asshat should have used a more dependable method for shipping. I bet I can send a box of ---- and he will get it before my buddy gets his turbo

I had good experiences with them. First turbo I bought was too big for my setup and didn't give me full boost til redline. I sent it back and they checked it out then sent me another turbo which works perfect. I'd say your turbo is stuck in customs?

Never said that...man, you can really read into things. My point was, it is known that shipping via the canadian post office is not the best means possible. So, he should have used a shipping method that was more reliable. It's not like it was some $20 turbo flange....it was a ------- $500 turbo. Like I said, I am not buying the "it's stuck in customs" line because he has said that the post office does not know where the turbo is and neither does he. The guy is an -------, he has made racial slurs, called a friend a bitch, and hung up on several occasions when calls were made and nobody from our end was ever rude with him, just persistant. Not to mention that when he did remain on the phone, he was rude and condescending. A COMPLETE ********!!

yeah, sorry. i agree they're are better shipping methods. You cant ship fedex ground unless you are a paying fedex member. I think ups is air only. Back when i was shipping bumblebeezc his flipflops it was going to be over 100 dollars to ship with fedex or ups. to ontario from ohio. It would have been cheeper to drive them there. Usps was around 26 dollars. its a huge price diffrence for the vender. and no he shouldn't be a dick about it. I hope you get your turbo and don't have anymore issues with the guy.
