Ah, what you noggles dont know is I have a new computer that I just bought. Flat screen and all. I haven't tried to drag and drop, but I'll try it later.
Here's the specs on the new machine.
AMD Athlon 5200 64 X2 DUAL CORE
1GB DDR RAM
ASUS M2N32 - SLI Premium Vista
Geforce 7300 Video Card
160GB Western Digital HDD
CD / DVD Burner
15" LCD Flat Panel Monitor (Dell)
Wireless LASER Keyboard AND Mouse
250GB external HD
I know this isn't "the whip", but it surely replaces the Pentium II, 14GB hard drive 192MB ram machine that I rocked since 2004.

I got it working. I was trying to access the file through start-programs, etc.... when what I really needed to do is start-my computer-program files, blah blah. Now all I need is a joystick. 
Oh, and I plan on building off this setup. Possibly more GB of ram, and anything else computer smart people tell me I should do.
