you need to leave the tools sitting outside of your shed or garage, wire a car battery to it, and set up a camera

people have also made DIY automated turrets, but they put ----- paintball guns on it, throw on a real gun and call it a day

What is $500 going to get you? 30-40 hours of labor of some electrician who stinks of cheap vodka? If it sounds too good to be true, most likely it is too good to be true. I'd start looking for a way out ASAP.
already thought it over well.. trust me.. the house is a shithole we had bad renters.. and they tore the home apart.. thats what we get for entrusting the house with relatives.. they didnt even collect rent

the 500 is labor only.. so idk... like i said were not paying for it.. friends of my dad are helping out.. and i see it as a good investment.. if we sink 30k into the home which can easilly be sold for 100k.. idk..

the house was plaster and cedar.. prolly could have just redone the fucked up areas and sprayed insulation into the walls but then the electrical and ducting would have been a bitch to do.. ---- it might as well do it right

if the electrician doesnt show me proof hes certified i think imma tell em to hit the road.. lol

Ehhh, not saying that electrical work is easy, since I've never done it, but if the power is off, you pay attention, insulate properly, it shouldn't be too hard just tedious.
