the government has always spied on non us communications. those people have no rights. its just different now that their communications passes through the US.

lol, john mccain voted yes on this bill.
it still has to pass the house to actually become law, says that any surveillance that involves an american requires a warrant ( from the fisa court which apparently approves all requests but noone knows because its all secret "national security" ----)
its funny how they keep saying the wiretapping program is perfectly legal and yet they are trying to push this bill through to make it legal and retroactive, I mean ---- just bust me in the face and take my damn wallet already, just stop pretending everything is hunky dory, its not like anyone will do anything about it anyway.
