Well see there. There is a reason for all of this.
I know for a fact that once ---- leaves the U.S. through USPS it IS a tossup. This happened to one of my kits once and my mother in law that works for the post office enlightened me to this fact. Sending it lowest priority through USPS is not a smart move, but if it was stated in the auction, I guess it's a fucked up situation, but not a fault of Jake.
I tell all of my overseas orders that even though I send everything priority mail, I only send it once. They agree, and that's the agreement. I've had this problem once out of maybe 15 times so far. (I did replace the one, and then started making this agreement.)
Sounds like just a fucked situation.

Yes a fucked up situation... If jake really did send the packages and have the receipts to back up him sending it with the weight of the products on the specific dates then there is little we can do but if he cant come up with the receipts... I dunno... People can and will push and shove... Something just smells fishy...

I like how on the packing slip when you ship out of the country there is a question like this:
What should we do if your package is lost or we cannot find the address?
1). Abandon the package
2). Smash it with a bat
3). ---- my ----
Shipping overseas is risky for the seller and the buyer. If I saw receipts for the shipment I would feel all warm and cozy about Jake, but until then it still looks bad.

Guys, after waiting for 3months and spending my hard earned money on the turbo kit, with no postal reciepts nothing while this guy says it will be delivered, but nothing arrives, how can you stay calm? I gave you the benefit of doubt. I waited for more than 3months as it might be due to surface freight. I've never said anything nasty to you remember? I've always been well mannered in my emails to you and carefully asked you for help in determining where the parcel is. I was fair.
I felt i was pathetic then! I had to stay up late at night just to get the chance to maybe see you online! UK is quite a few hours ahead of you! Yes, my Girlfriend was getting all fed up with me brooding over the turbokit. I treated you like a friend, have i ever said anything nasty to you? All i asked is for you to check with the forwarders on the status of the shipment. week after week you say the manager went for holiday, this and that and your gf was helicoptered out to hospital etc etc and can't go to the shipper's office. Now who's telling me personal stories here? I even felt bad and really wished her well and all. But you dissapeared!
Can you deny the fact that ebay has banned you? Can you deny that paypal has banned you? Can you deny that you tried to sell the 450cc injectors and AEM cam gears in RED just at the time when i got them posted to you?
Don't give me this bullshit that you bought them or you already have them and they belong to you. How coincidental is that? Brand new set of 2 AEM camgears for 90bucks? Are you crazy? I paid more than 170dollars for that!!!!!!!!!!!!
