Remember in the 80's when they made cars and with the special "fuel injection" emblem? I can't imagine why you would want to reverse technology. I never understood that.

I know they work for him, but I just don't understand why that would be better. Just like, it probably wouldn't be that great to use a steam engine. :-\

Stock GSR intake manifolds seems to work better for Ericks racing ::) & ITB's worked out great for the fat porker all motor chick.

Don't knock it till you try it, My family has a 1898 Stanley Steam car, that thing ------- rules... And yes, it still runs...

Ive seen guys run Weber DCOEs before on B18s A20s and A18s and they seemed to kick ass very nicely. Its a nice alternative but its a bad idea for going turbo with it... Keep your injection guys.

Standalone??? If you're on a budget, theres not much better than a carb... esp when it comes to environmental tuning changes. Makes building a shell up pretty easy too. Bisi claims he does his ITB carb setup because nothing atomized fuel better... I dunno.

This is FUNNY seeing this because about 4 years ago I built a downdraft carb mani for my 90 Accord coupe 'drag' car I had, but never got around to trying it. I eventually gave it away to some guy. I had a holly 2bbl 500cfm carb on it that you would normally see on a "tricked out" early Ford 2.3L SOHC

considering the bulk of all 'fast' drag cars are still carbed, i wouldnt knock the technology too hard.
