Dude don't strip your car, it will be a waste of time. You should easily be able to beat your friend by a full second or more with slicks. Crank the boost up to about 15-20psi and tune your car well.

Seriously, how much weight are you going to lose? :1 Probably the difference between eating a supersized meal or a regular in your stomach. I bet if you took a ****/---- before racing you would lose more weight than stripping your interior and looking like a ***. If that setup can't break into the 13's......it's time to hang up your hat.

15.8 holy ---- i did a 14.7 in a na accord with drag slicks, dude practice ur launches the first 60 are to important, and im sure some will call bs but ---- them i worked for the drag strip in woodburn or. and also worked for jim taylor who is well known in the gasser class on the west coast he ran 6.4 the last time i watched him

that mach should be pulling 13.30-13.40's all day. You better hope he didn't get any better at driving

My boss had one of those and it didn't seem that fast. The butt dyno said it was torquey, but still not that fast.

they're pretty fast... mid 13s for sure. just a tad slower than the ls1 camaros/firebirds

Well, his was an auto so maybe that was mhy it felt slow? His wife can't drive manual and it was her car.
