If you have 10K go stick it in a money market account or something and hang on to it for a year. then go drop a 10K down payment on a house and have something nice but with a Housing project mortgage.

Cant go wrong with realestate, they dont make anymore of it. now that i have a house I couldnt imagine having to share walls and a parking lot and i wish i would have dropped ever penney i had into a downpayment.

land. there is never going to be more, and if you choose right, you could sell it tomorrow for a good amount more than you paid for it. just my 2 cents.

In certain areas you can. If not, $10k down will get you whatever you want. ;)

I dunno if anyone rocks www.updown.com but I do. Stocks are for skilled users ONLY! Especially right now. Put your money into bonds. Its the safest and worth the investment. How did you go about flipping your first car. What does it mean that you flip cars. Do you buy cheap cars fix them up cosmetically and totally ---- people over internallly? How do you go about flipping your first car? :6

Hell yeah Nick that's sweet you got $7300 out of her. He got a decent deal on it too though. Did you have to go down $100 off your price because of the ABS bullshit haha? If you made $10k that fast then you can make more. Go to the seizure auctions and buy some cheap cars. 2G's sell like hotcakes as you've just found, so buy up as many of those as you can. You know where to find me if you need DSM work haha.

I bought my red 2G AWD off CL for $1500 and it's incredibly clean and flawless. The guy thought it had crankwalk because he left a vacuum line on the intake manifold open rofl. I'll get $8000 out of it easy which is $6k+ profit for plugging off a vacuum port and adding a 16g and fmic. IDK another car that sells so cheap needing work and sells for as much in good shape as the 2G. You're under 18, so you can buy/sell as many cars as you want without having to get a dealer's license hahaha!

At the smaller auctions the good cars go to the guy with the most dough, and since they're small the guy with the most money doesn't usually have too much. With $10k you could probably get pick of the auction which is usually a really good car. I also saw a new Dodge Magnum V8 wagon sell for $11k which was the best of the auction and is easily worth $20k+. A GSXR 1300 went for $1800! Doubling your money or more in a weekend ftmfw! I'm going to one early next month that's supposed to have a bunch of good ---- there. I'm looking for a boat for the summer, so I'm not looking to make money, but I may end up buying a car because they go for so damn cheap.
