Ive heard people say that if you have a high milage car you shouldt run synthetic, because itll use more oil than it did before, but my 120k mile accord uses about 1/4-1/3 qt of oil ever 3k miles... thats not much at all, esp with a small oil leak

I like Wesson cooking oil. I prefer vegetable oil over olive oil for my my high boost applications. Plus you can make fries on your valve cover!!!

the synthetics today dont harm old seals anymore. its fine to use. i used mobil supersyn for a while and it was great, but i decided to go back to mobil drive clean due to the cost and the fact i was still n/a. after i boost ill definitely step back up to supersyn.

you should use synthetics with turbos due to the high heat and heavy strain. it will not break down as quickly as dino oils (non-synth). i guess if i were forced to use dino oil i would just change it a shorter intervals.
