if you had no problems previously why would you change from honda mtf? its not like you're going to feel or tell any difference.

I changed fluid in my 90' integra with 5-30 or whatever the manual reccomends, and it started grinding 3 months later, pissed me off. That thing has 215,000 miles on it and 2,000 miles after the 10-30 it grinds? thats not right, use the honda mtf. its not even that expensive

i use just over 1 quart of honda mtf, and one of gm syncromesh, and add lsd additive if it has a lsd...

I love the MTF it really helped my syncros out, but I cant afford changing it out as often as I should (autox, general beating the hell out of it etc) I might run 10w-30 or 40 supertech in the future, its so cheap I wouldnt mind changing it out frequently. Guess it all depends on how much I make at a new job
