Re: best final drive
Get a Gear-X 4.7 FD. You'll net 10% more power in every gear, it'll work out to (for an Si/EX box) approx ITR gearing 1-4th and the 5th gear will be a hair lower than an ITR 5th. Hit up Mista Bone over one, I dunno if he's in any position to give much if any of a price break but if you're going to buy one you should go through someone who supports HMT.
I've got a ZC/Si gearbox in my beater (ITR-like 1-4th with stock Si 5th) and I have to say it's ------- sweet. It'd love some boost. :y |

Gear-X I can get checper than retail, but you have to atleast explain your full goals. Topend?????? Y7 tranny that I built for a 350 whp Del Sol for ECTA runs at Maxon, it'll do about 160 in 4th gear.......that is top end! |
