Also, what color shirts? They could be done in the same color as the hmt background or some other color. I wouldn't want to do it in white like the cafe press shirts because those get destroyed easily.

dude its not that expensive. i was buying and printing shirts for about $3 a piece, zip-up hoodies for about $8.
