Best bang for LOW buck suspension?
Ok so im buying a 94 civic 4 door ex for 1g next month from my girls brother. Its totally stock and im looking at a couple of different things like paint and suspension. Already Found a set of rims for pretty decent price. Ordered my pistons and rings for my built zc. I just hate how tall the car is, and a lowered 4 door is pretty sexy. So im looking for the best bang for my buck suspension components. Would like them to be spring and shock kind, and hopefully under $300-350 with shipping. I looked all over ebay, but all they have is those hard *** springs that make your car bounce more than a strippers ****. So anybody got some good budget suspension parts they want to let me know about? Already searched the sponsers, no luck. Hate going to h-t or houston imports, but it looks like i might have to.

Thanks. Yeah its a 5 speed. Only thing wrong with it is its purple. But i already ordered some gunmetal paint with eurothane clear coat so that will fix it. And get it dropped on flik blast 15" http://edgeracing.com/1994/Honda/Civic/wheel/27/.
Only 156,xxx miles. Second motor. He blew the first one up and paid a shop around here to get him a new motor. $1500 and it was a junkyard motor. d15b2 i think (people gave me hell about that in the last post, but i swear im sure thats what the block said.) So no MAd JayYdEEmmm vVVVVVtack for me, but with a built boosted dual cam zc ill be happy without it. I just replaced a head gasket on it about a week ago and the only problem i could see was 1 intake valve in the #1 cylinder was leaking a tiny tiny bit. Wall looked great, no lip around the edge. Coolant cuased a build up of rust around the water jacket, but we flushed it out and it was perfect. Seriously, before i figured a headgasket i flushed his radiator and it was like orange koolaid. Twice. But after the gasket got replaced, its perfect. Motor supposedly has about 45,xxx on it. But to find a low mileage d series in a junkyard around here is like walking into your room to find the hottest girl in the world using a golden ***** on video for you.
Anybody ever use these edelbrock ones? the bottom one. http://www.speedyperformanceparts.co...6&brandid=3737

tokico blues + tein s-techs.
Cheap, but can still handle very well. might be bouncy cus the s-techs are ------- soft as hell, but it will give you a nice drop.
For better handling, I'd go with some nuespeed sports or eibach sports.

Re: Best bang for LOW buck suspension?
i got ksports full coilovers just cause it was about the same price as struts and springs n ---- and i probly wont even have the car in a year when the warranty runs out, there cheap and adjustable and you can dump your car without losing strut travel if you want, and adjust the ride stiffness, drflickner on h-t / jlb motorsports sells em for little over 500 shipped
